Movie Review: Marvel’s The Avengers (2012)

This was a good movie and every time I catch it it grows on me more and more. it was sold out for days in Jamaica. I remember lining up for five minutes only to hear that someone got the last ticket as it became sold out. It started with Loki and the teserract trying to gain it’s power. He would turn out the be the movie’s villain, one to the very end. He eventually loses and becomes Thor’s prisoner right back to Asguard to face justice.

Tony Stark is an egomaniac and full of it. What an ego. Pepper Potts needed a tan. This was clearly a white man’s movie but we black folks are getting there. It’s a slow ride but steady but black people are getting to that promise land and we shall truly come. Anyway, this movie was full of action, lots of violence and destruction. I don’t know how the team will fix all the damage caused by the team and the bad guys. Unless Tony sells his possessions or pays for this from all his money because New York has been torn up.

Coulson didn’t die and that’s why we had Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for roughly seven years. I stopped watching from season 2, as with Arrow for four, Flash for two and so on. They step up too much too soon. The pack the shows so much that you yearn for the early days of season 1. The Avengers to me was awesome, not better than Justice League though. Thank you Zack Snyder.
