Movie Review: Man of Tomorrow
This movie had me going in with a huge expectation, don’t suck. It didn’t disappoint, I loved it. We see Clark Kent on his parents farm in his youth playing around with a huge tv movie about aliens. THen he got scared and had to be consoled by his earthly mom. Anyway, this movie is set in modern day but sometimes it seemed like Greece and an old pier from Batman: The Anmated Series from the early ninteen nineties.
Lois and Jimmy were there and Lex Luthor was at this point Lex was bigging up up while she flipped it and got him arrested due to a recording of Lex on a tape and yes, she made copies. Clark had an American hero who is now living as a janitor with his wife, daughter and unborn child.
He gets into an accident and turns into a being known as the prasite. It’s gruesome and the city turned their backs on him, now that he’s a freak. Now Superman is greeted by Mars’ last son and it didn’t go well at first, especially with CLark’s dad Jonathan who blanked out his mind.
The parasite’s wife sounded like she had a Jamaican accent. In the end more tragedy ensued but with the alien, Lobo giving help and Lex’s payroll, plus Superman needing his help Lobo is somewhat torn but in the end things turned out okay. Spoiler alert. Clark’s clothes got singed off his body, he walks and flies away naked, with two buttcheeks and all.
Good thing mom has seamstress skills and made a suit for his hero activities. Horrahh, Superman, the champion of the people has manifested, all the way in his early twenties with Lois Lane working with The Daily Planet and Jimmy Olsen is African-American around the same age as Lois and Clark.
