Let me make this clear. I am a fan of oldies movies and tv content but this movie is awful. The ones who put it together deserve a firing squad. It was pathetic and a total waste of time. It starts off with Batman and Robin hurrying back to Wayne Manor to get on a case from Commissioner Gordon. They rush off to get ahold of a ship and when they were about to intecerpt it turns out to be an illusion and in the process of this failure Batman got bitten by a shark and Robin had to descend the batcoptor and rescue him.

This movie has no clear plot, just a story around supervillains, “Catwoman, The Riddler, The Penguin and The Joker,” They were bumblers and why didn’t Batman realize from the start tat a russian reporter he loved, Miss Kitka was really Carwoman in disguise. It was all too clear. Why didn’t Miss Kitka, the reporter see and hear that Bruce Wayne was Batman? The technology the villains used to turn people into coloured dusts of sand was way ahead of its time. It was just bumbling from start to finish.

The scene with Batman carrying a bomb so it could blow up somewhere not inhabited by people was unrealistic. That scene of an active bomb should have seen that bomb blow up in five seconds after batman picked it up instead of over a minute like it did. That was stupid. This is in 1966 and I am glad for the attempt but like no other Batman movie, this movie was crap. Poor effort, poor pruduction, poor storyline. Awful film, even though I’m a DC Comics fan.
